Policy Eligibility

• You have 21 days from the date you received your item to request a return or refund.

Cancellation

• Cancellations can be made within 12 hours after placing your order. Please contact us at info@beandaikon.com immediately if you need to cancel your order.

Return Policy

• Return Shipping Costs: The buyer is responsible for covering the costs of return shipping.
• Condition of Returned Items: If an item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value, as agreed upon with the seller.

Damages and Loss

• In cases where the package is damaged or lost during shipping, the buyer is responsible for providing sufficient evidence to support the claim. Please contact our support team with details and documentation of the damage or loss to initiate a review for refund approval.

Refunds

• If your refund request is approved, you will be notified, and your refund will be processed. A credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
